Sunday Repost–Healthy Eating

I am trying to eat really good lately.  I haven’t been feeling very good, and decided to go back on this eating plan that I did last year, giving myself a few extra’s because I am still nursing.  I’ve added a treat once a week, a free date night dinner once a week and I also eat the dinner I make for my family, but eat mostly veggies with just a side of what I made.  It’s been hard, and I have given in on some junk, but for the most part I am doing pretty good and have lost 4 lbs, which is a bonus because I am doing it more to feel good {which I am}, but to loose some weight would be great also!

Here is the Diet – What I ate for 30 Days

When I did this eating plan before and I wasn’t nursing, I did it for two months and lost 26lbs.   My amazing mom has been on this eating plan for over 2 years and feels and looks great.  I like treats to much to ever commit!  But if you really need help with food addiction I would recommend actually joining CEA How which is what my mom does.

Here is my favorite Breakfast that I eat almost every day – My version of a fruit and yogurt parfait!

Kendra, I struggle with eating healthy as well. And your What I ate in 30 Days had to be taken down. I would love to know what you ate because putting together a food plan is so hard for me. Any way you could send it to me? (flutesinger4@gmail.com)
